The plan has been met with skepticism by the Korean Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (KSHRS), which represents over 1,000 hair restoration surgeons in the country. According to Dr. Lee Jae-ho, a leading figure in the KSHRS, "while we understand the need for increased access to treatment, we are worried that this plan may lead to over-reliance on pharmaceuticals and undermine the value of surgical solutions."
