1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions govern the use of the "Rubenhair Latvia" (hereinafter – the Clinic) website and the provision of services. By using our website and services, you agree to these terms.

2. Description of Services

The Clinic provides hair transplantation and related medical services. All procedures are performed by qualified specialists in accordance with the highest medical standards.

3. Consultations and Reservations

  • Initial consultation is free of charge
  • When booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate contact information
  • The Clinic reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment, notifying the patient
  • The patient has the right to cancel an appointment no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time

4. Prices and Payments

  • All prices are quoted in euros and are subject to change without prior notice
  • The final price of the procedure is determined after a personal consultation
  • Payments are accepted in cash, by bank card, and by bank transfer
  • Payment plans may be available, subject to individual agreement

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Advance payment may be refunded if cancellation is received no later than 7 days before the procedure
  • If cancelled less than 7 days before the procedure, the advance is non-refundable
  • If the procedure is cancelled due to the Clinic fault, the full payment will be refunded

6. Limitation of Liability

  • The Clinic is not responsible for results that depend on individual characteristics of the patient body
  • The patient must follow all post-operative care instructions
  • The Clinic is not responsible for complications arising from the patient failure to follow instructions

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including texts, photos, logos, and graphics, is the property of the Clinic and is protected by copyright laws.

8. Privacy

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful – in Latvian courts.
